Genealogical culture influence on the development of youth self-consciousness in Russia

In the article the authors analyze an influence of genealogic culture on the youth self-consciousness, when young people study their families’ history as inseparably linked with the history of their Fatherland. Genealogical culture is defined as an important aspect of human culture, its value-notional, moral and ethical principles affecting self-awareness and the behaviour of a person. It is offered the methods of genealogical research.
