General V. V. Biskupsky in monarchist-legitimist movement

The article presents the analysis of general V.V. Biskupsky activities in emigration in 1919-1945-th. Significant part of the article in this period falls on close collaboration with monarchist-legitimist movement – supporters of pretender to the Russian throne Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich. The key points of V.V. Biskupsky activities were participation in creation Russian-Germany organization «Aufbau» in 1920, financing of Russian monarchist Congress in Reihengall in 1921, participation in struggle against Weimar republic regime during of Kapp putsch in Berlin in 1920 and «Beer putsch» in Munich in 1923. Retirement of V.V. Biskupsky from policy inside Germany was associated with intensification of Russian emigrant work activity - struggle against opponents monarchist-legitimist movement – Supreme Monarchist Council under leadership of N.E. Markov and agent of general P.N. Vrangel in Germany general-major A.A. von Lampe, conflict with Union of Russian Royal People under leadership of colonel G.I. Dementjev. In summary of the article presents overview of V.V. Biskupsky activities in Administration of Russian Emigration in Germany.
