Genetic markers of predisposition to allergic bronchial asthma: a study of gene polymorphisms associated with immune response

The study of polymorphisms in the genes IL4, IL13, FCεRI, and TNF-α in the context of allergic bronchial asthma (ABA) revealed associations between genetic markers and predisposition to the disease. The results showed that polymorphisms in IL4 and IL13 are related to the severity of the disease. These data can be used for the diagnosis and prognosis of ABA, as well as for the development of personalized treatment methods.
