Genesis of state social responsibility in European states

This article analyzes the attitudes and social problems associated with the development of government social responsibility in today's post-war Europe. The author examines the practical difficulties associated with the implementation of ideas about legal liability, market and democratic state as the social welfare of the citizens in a multicultural and interfaith environment, and indicates that further development of the EU will only take place on ways to improve corporate social responsibility of the state.
