Genesis and development of the concept of "Trust" in foreign and Russian law

Introduction: the article provides a comparative legal analysis of the consolidation of the concept of "trust" in foreign and domestic sources of law. The necessity for this study is indicated by the requirement to identify the features of the influence of historical and cultural factors on the formation of legal aspects in the social phenomenon of "trust". The objective of the present study is twofold: firstly, to ascertain the general and specific origins of the concept of "trust" in foreign and Russian law; and secondly, to determine the consolidation of this concept in the two legal systems.
