Genesis and the current state of the civilizational landscapes of Western Siberia

The paper attempts to develop the concept of 'civilizational landscape' in relation to regional systems of production and settlement that appeared in the territory of Western Siberia in the end of the 16th century and still exist. A number of regional civilizational complexes formed as a result of various types of economic development are singled out; ways of optimization of interactions between them are considered.
