Genesis of innovative potential

Using dialectical analysis the article studies subjectivity of the innovative potential and its genesis. The author develops present-day ideas of the economic theory and innovative management regarding potential’s bearer. He presents and substantiates personality, individualistic paradigm of the potential, which brings into focus methodological ideas of J. Schumpeter’s economic development theory concerning nature of entrepreneurship and its genesis.
