Genesis of Russian forensic recommendations of investigation of road traffic offences until the 60-ies of the XXth century

This article deals with historical analysis of forensic investigation of road traffic crimes until the 60s of the twentieth century. The author concludes that there were the birth and the emergence of the forensic knowledge in crime investigation from the construction of the first cars to introduction of special standards in Penal laws on liability for road traffic crimes.
