Genesis of legal regulation of economic activity of municipal units

In article the historical transformations happening in the sphere of formation of the legislation on local government are considered. Characteristics of legislative regulation of an economic basis of local government are analysed. Tendencies of development of this sphere are revealed and proved in the nearest future.
