Introduction: the article examines the issue of intersectoral competition between criminal procedural law and administrative procedural law. In particular, it focuses on the challenge to acts (or omissions) and decisions of participants in criminal proceedings who have criminal procedural powers, and the challenges that arise in the context of judicial review.
