Genesis of the modern system of administrative legal support of balance of interests in the sphere of antimonopoly regulation

Article is devoted to formation and development of the analysis of the old antimonopoly right. The author discloses lack of a special system of state mechanisms of control of the markets. On the basis of the analysis proposes the conceptual solution of problems of overcoming in the Russian antitrust and adjacent law of problems of administrative legal support of balance of interests in the sphere of antimonopoly regulation.
