For a long time in the Russian state judicial authority was not separated from the administrative and the executive. Only in the second half of XIX century in the result of the judicial reform of the Emperor Alexander II in 1864 the individual independent judicial authority singled out. This article outlines the main steps towards the secession from the court administration to release the separate and the independent judicial branch of authority in pre-revolutionary Russia.
