Seventeen natural populations of Drosophila littoralis Meigеn from Palaearctic, were investigated by starch-gel electrophoresis. Interpopulations genetic diversity (FST, GST) was 12,8 - 13,3% of the total genetic diversity. The level of gene flow (Nem) was more then 4,2 migrants per generation. The genetic data obtained suggest that the level gene flow it is connected with geographical distance of populations of D. littoralis from each other.
