Geographical features of transport functioning in Torbeevsky district of the Republic of Mordovia

The article considers the transport system of Torbeevsky district of the Republic of Mordovia. The possibilities and potential of transport of the district in organization of economic activity, transportation of goods, directions of passenger transportation by automobile and railway transport are studied. As a result, the problems in the transport industry of the district are identified.
