In order to reveal geochemical markers of naphthides aquabitumens detailed investigations of bitumen composition of surface water oil fields were conducted. In addition a series of experimental studies of the behavior of the "oil - water" was held. It is established that the interaction of oil with water leads to the formation of a unique composition of aquabitumens differs sharply from the natural organic background hydrosphere, and reflecting the geochemical characteristics of oil and products of its transformation into the water. Processing of the analytical material was carried out by spectral chromatographic profiling can recognize markers oil in waters near the surface of the hydrosphere.
