The article is devoted to the results of archeological works on the Darvagchai-Bay-1 site. In the course of long-term archaeological research several cultural-chronological complexes of Paleolithic artifacts were revealed. According to preliminary age estimates this archeological site corresponds to a very large chronological interval from the final Early to the final Middle Paleolithic. Thus, materials from Darvagchai-Bay-1 site allow us to set the sequence and define specific features of development of the Palaeolithic culture of the studied area.
