Geoinformation system as the integration platform of electromagnetic monitoring

Problems of creation of systems of electromagnetic safety and electromagnetic monitoring with use as an integration platform of geo-information system and web technologies of creation of the software and access to the data are considered. Possible methods and algorithms of an estimation of distribution of electromagnetic radiation of means for various levels of detailed elaboration are discussed. Creation concepts on-line geo-information systems for the decision of problems of granting of access to the data about electromagnetic conditions in territory are defined.
