The presented research concerns with the important problem of ejecting blood out of the left ventricle when it starts malfunctioning as a result of the myocardium infarction. Observed at the post-infarction aneurysm of the left ventricle is not only a partial loss of myocardium contraction, but also a change of the left ventricle form which leads to the disturbances of the phase of isometric contraction and a formation of bolus of the ejected blood - that is the blood flow twirling is upset and the blood ejection dynamics is changed. Closely related with this is a problem of different levels of the above mentioned disturbances at various location of aneurysms. Four forms of aneurysms located in various places, which influence differently on the ejection function of the left ventricle even at the same degree of the lost myocardium mass, have been described. The authors point out to a special significance of this problem and give a principally new approach to its investigation.
