Geopolitical model of influence of Islamic factor on the political process in the Middle East

In modern conditions, the study of mechanisms of influence of the Islamic factor on the political process in the Middle East requires the use of new methodological approaches. Geopolitical simulation method could be one of such approaches. The use of geo-political paradigm allows us considering the impact of geopolitical factors, including the Islamic one, on the nature of space-power relations in the Middle East region through constructing an appropriate model of the process under research within systematic and specific dynamics, which enables assessing the nature of the political process in the Middle East more objectively. With regard to the entitled theme, geopolitical model might have some features. Further development of geopolitical situation in the region and the substance of national interests of regional actors determine the guidelines or vectors of influence by the Islamic factor on the political process in the Middle East. This results in emerging new qualitative characteristics of the political process in the Middle East.
