Geopolitical aspects of Russian transition to innovational way of development

Historical practice proves that cardinal changes in the social structure are accompanied by a change in the identification features: geopolitical, civilizational, socio-economic. At the same time, the development of other ideas about ourselves, our country, and the world in which we live cannot be considered a collapse of the picture of the world, but should be viewed as a process of “clearing” the site for new identification searches. It is important, however, to correctly define one’s place in the world and one’s own path of mental, political and economic development, which lies in the mainstream of innovative modernization. As DA Medvedev said, “building a national innovation system is a difficult but key task of our economy.”
