The article examines the impact of geopolitical instability on the strategy of diversifying the supply of critical raw materials. The problem lies in the lack of systemic diversification strategies adapted to the rapidly changing geopolitical landscape. Many companies limit themselves to short-term measures such as creating buffer stocks, ignoring the need to restructure chains at the structural level. The key risks and effective methods of minimizing them are shown using the examples of cases of companies in the EU, USA and Asia.
