Geopolitical challenges and strategic goal setting of the Russian education system in the field of culture

In the context of the most dangerous manifestations of the global humanitarian crisis, the theoretical foundations of the socio cultural practice of the dialogue of cultures and the practical aspect of the resource of traditional folk culture are considered. From the standpoint of the theory of socio normative regulation of culture, the considered examples of socio cultural practices represent a historical complex of self regulation of culture. It is precisely this mechanism that is lacking in the Western style model of culture, which is based on diktat, a directive that replaces the dialogue of cultures in living sociocultural practice, that replaces the comprehension of the experience experienced by discrediting it distorting history in favor of momentary political interests.
