The author sums up the results of the 2020 field season for the herbarium collection of the Institute of Ecology of the Volga River Basin of the Russian Academy of Sciences (PVB). The total number of herbarium collections of higher vascular plants for the year is about 1500 herbarium sheets from the territories of four regions: Samara, Penza, Ulyanovsk and Saratov. Specific research points and the number of species encountered are indicated.
