In article on the basis of hermeneutic analysis of the book of Kevin John Vanhoozer "The art of understanding of the text. Literary ethics and the interpretation of Scripture", the author comes to the conclusion that in the age of information warfare to modern man as ever, it is vital to learn to distinguish and more or less adequately understand the author's meanings of any text in order to govern their activities, and not a momentary emotional experiences and beautiful words. We prove that to identify the reader (source) the author's meaning of the text must take into account language copyright statements, and emotional background of the mental state of the author, and the context of his speech and his social status, but all these components need to be able to correctly put in a particular author's context, just as in the children's designer, the same parts constituting one and the same individually, in various combination can Express a completely different meaning. According to the author, hermeneutic knowledge and skills to mix and match and received personally the voice stream of the caller, and the socio - historical reality, and their own psychological data, we have developed the hermeneutic culture of personality, will allow us to avoid recurrent mistakes that only install barriers in interpersonal communication and impede the attainment of any particular author's meaning of the text.
