Hetman Pavlo Skoropadsky and development of parliamentarism in Ukrainian state

The activities of hetman Pavlo Skoropadskyy deserve thorough study considering his contribution into the development of the Ukrainian statehood, in particular, the Ukrainian parliamentarianism traditions. The complex analysis of publications regarding this research area allows to retrace the continuity of the parliamentarianism idea in the State of Ukraine.
