Flexible forms of employment in the agro-industrial complex: modern legal regulation and its aspects

The study deals with the traditional and non-standard forms of employment of the population considering the changes in the scope of the Russian modern employment policy towards increasing labor mobility. The research notes that the employers of the agro-industrial complex are not economically motivated and often use informal types of employment (improper formalization of labor relations by civil contracts or non-formalization of labor relations) that are to be eliminated to demonstrate the economic benefit from the flexible forms of employment. The latter include the part-time work, remote work, homeworkers, self-employed people. The authors propose to separate the aspects of the labor legal regulation in the agro-industrial complex as the chapter of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. A chapter on the legal regulation of employment that identifies the traditional and flexible forms of employment and separates their labor from informal employment and self-employment should be included in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation as well.
