Hybrid method of reconstruction of missing data with adaptive control on the basis of fuzzy logic and neural networks

The problem of the reconstruction of the missed data in databases is considered. A hybrid method implementing the advantages of some peculiar techniques of the reconstruction is suggested. The adaptive model of the control of the method work based on fussy logics and artificial neural networks is described.
