The hydraulic shocks to control the production processes in milk processing plant

The article deals with the issue of hydraulic shocks in the hydraulic lines of the mill. Taking into account the existing system of pipelines and automatic control system of all production processes, the search for a solution to the problem of water hammer without significant changes to existing pipelines and control equipment was performed. The short theoretical arguments necessary for the choice of a rational method for solving the problem of water hammer are given.
