Paper is devoted to design and measurement of hydrophone for laboratory experiments, construction of hydrophone consists of common elements one have 20-70 KHz band. The hydrophone has been developed and the main parameters and characteristics of the device. One have been determined and 40 dB signal/noise ratio, allows to make sound velocity measurements and signal transition in different media. Electronic part of the hydrophone is modeled in LTspice application and can be used for acoustic receivers with other components taking their characteristics into account.
