Hydrochemical assessment of surface waters of the Kyafar river of the Karachay-Circassian Republic

As a result of hydrochemical monitoring of the surface waters of the Kyafar River of Karachay-Cherkessia, by the method of comprehensive assessment of the degree of surface water pollution, there was not significant water pollution in the river from 2017 to 2019, the water quality is characterized during this period as slightly polluted class 2. During this period, pollution of the surface waters of the river was stable in phenols and manganese. The reason for the hydrochemical transformation of the river is to increase anthropogenic loads on the mountainous area without observing sanitary standards and environmental rules.
