The obtained results were compared with the recommended Norms of physiological needs for energy and nutrients for men and women of the 3rd group of labor intensity in the most able-bodied age of 30-39 years. The structure of the diet indicates an irrational diet with a tendency to an increase in the consumption of foods containing saturated fats and simple carbohydrates, a decrease in the consumption of biologically valuable food products, indicating the prevalence of the carbohydrate type of diet. So, in the structure of the food set of the adult population, there is a deficit in the actual consumption of fish and fish products both among men and among women, vegetables, milk and dairy products, eggs. Consumption of bread, bakery, pasta and cereals and potatoes in total amounted to 120% of the required medical norm.
