The article raises the problem of expensive equipment for small agricultural business and the need to develop an effective low-cost equipment that can increase the speed of seed germination greenhouse crops using an external low current positive impact on the seeds and roots of plants. Just a hypothesis to explain the process of the low current positive external effects on plant cells.
