Globalization and urban wars

The article is aimed at the analysis of urban wars under conditions of the shift from the Second technological revolution to the Third one. Its main themes are its multilateral nature, relativity of such familiar concepts as war and peace, informational wars, the growing importance of their humanitarian component, the destruction of the privacy of individual life. Urban Wars do not only resemble these features, but also strengthen them because of their compression on the limited urban space. The author classifies its effect as an extremely high critical situation.
