Globalization and the problem of predetermination of the world process

The authors show that erasing spatial boundaries, development of a global market and deconstruction of national states do not lead to the «end of history» and «unipolarity», but they generate a divergent social processes which qualitatively increase the complexity, the multi subjectiveness and the conflict nature of the world development, that excludes its objective predetermination; they consider the mechanism of formation of new non-state elites.
