World economic globalization and Russia’s capabilities

The paper is dedicated to the issues of globalization development and thereupon transformation of world economic relations. The authors analyze the trends influencing Russia's place in this process, and the country’s capabilities in view of its becoming a WTO member, as well as define Russia's foreign policy priorities.
