Global and local in the context of modern times. Localization and glocalization

Recently the increasing number of researchers underlines that globalization is a difficult process representing identity and distinction universalism and tendencies, displays of an opposite orientation. At the same time, the majority of scientists now think that integration and fragmentation, globalization and «territorization» of the world are interconnected, are the different parties of one process, they consider that glocalization is the process uniting the tendencies of globalization and localization, based, first of all, on redistribution of privileges and discrimination, riches and poverty, force and powerlessness, freedom and dependence.
