Global and local: role subculture of Russian regions

The analysis of the Subculture of role movement from the point of view of globalization phenomena and their influencing the culture of young people of Russian regions is given in the article. The sources of the subculture appearing and the regional peculiarities defining its development are presented. The peculiarities of hierarchical structure of role movement and motivation purposes of young people are considered.
