This article examines the dynamics of the processes of self-organization in the economy, society, and systems management. Investigated the specificity of post-industrial development strategies and comprehensive transformation of socio-economic structures of different levels and patterns of governance in the context of globalization in the modern industrial systems. Analyzes the ideological, social, economic trends and the concept of subsidiarity and deliberative, perspectives and forms of their subsequent development.
