Global competences in primary and basic general education: essence and features of formation

The essential characteristics of global competencies are explored, the relationship between global competencies and the “4C” competencies is substantiated. It examines the specifics of development of global competencies of schoolchildren by the means of the tasks for assessment and the development of global competencies.
