Global warning of a provincial journalist: publications of N.Seversky (A.I.Svidersky) during the Balkans wars (1912-1913)

Based on the analysis of publications N. Seversky (AI Svidersky) in Samara newspaper "Volga word" dedicated to the Balkan Wars of 1912-1913., It is shown to exist in Russian society pacifist sentiments. Their presence, according to the author, largely explains the rapid transition of society under the influence of adverse factors in the First World War, of great power lifting feelings to the overthrow in 1917 of power and politics which draw Russia into a global armed conflict.
