Global social networks: current issues of intellectual property rights protection

This article examines the problem of legal regulation of intellectual property rights on the Internet, including in global social networks. Also, solutions are proposed, such as the introduction of the responsibility of Internet providers for the posted content, the development of an algorithm that allows authors to use their copyright and related rights within social networks, and the provision of primary verification of downloaded audio files.
