Brexit discourse in global media

The paper deals with the political discourse devoted to Britain’s leaving European Union - Brexit. The material under study is the texts of global media. Employing the method of discourse analysis the author performs the compression of textual contents of discourse. The paper discusses the characteristic concepts, metaphors, cliches, assessments. The framework of linguistic constituents, the framework of non-verbal communication, the framework of argumentation and the framework of key communicators are singled out.
