KMT and local factions in Taiwan: the possibility of the erosion of KMT's traditional power base

Electoral system at the local level is inextricably linked to contemporary political and social processes in Taiwan. At the same time, the phenomenon of «KMTs local factions» has a direct impact on the development of democracy in Taiwan.
