Horizons of national state law thinking and on the needs in their expansion

State law thinking in our country has historically evolved under domination of the theory of a special path of Russia's development. At first, the theory of a special path of Russia's development was dictated by the centuries of functioning of the Russian orthodox autocratic state. Then, in 1917, it was in Russia that the dictatorship of the proletariat came to power by revolutionary means, which, on the basis of the teachings of Marxism, formed a special socialist state and the corresponding law. At the same time, another, i.e. not the socialist world on the Earth developed on the basis of natural and legal development and objectively acquired state and legal institutions dictated by the values of the modern period. As a result, the countries that did not develop in a socialist way are now among the developed countries, and our country continues to lag far behind in its social and economic development. In these conditions, the questions arise about state law institutions that can help our country to get out of such backwardness.
