Mining industry of the Far East in the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic: sequence and disproportions of historical development in1965-1985

In the historical context of the stagnation period, the author analyzes the Far Eastern mining industry dynamics as a whole, and also considers the factors which were hindering its development. In the article the author considers both the economic condition of some branches and interaction between the central and local Soviet administrations and economic managers in the solution of some complex problems of mining industry in the Far East.
