The urban space of Russian province during the First World War: some aspects of the communication network and the urban economy

The article is devoted to the impact of the World War I on the communication network and the economy in the urban space of the rear provincial towns. The author focuses on the changes in the work of urban transport, as well as in lighting and cleaning of the city territory that were the results of the war.
