Government technology platform as an instrument for forming an agreed strategy for socio-economic development of the territory

The article analyzes the directions and pace of development of digital tools applicable in public administration in the field of formation and implementation of state territorial socio-economic policy. Particular attention is paid to platform tools, since they become the platform for the development of transformation processes and the use of digital tools in territorial public administration. The possibility of their use is discussed to increase the consistency of goals and actions in the formation and implementation of the socio-economic strategy of the territory, as the most vulnerable part of the strategizing process. An approach has been selected to ensure a balance of interests of the territory’s society - a stakeholder approach. Segmentation of stakeholders is proposed and the level of their access is indicated within the framework of the strategic platform of public participation.
