State pricing policy as a factor in increasing the economic security of Russia

This article deals with the problem of development and implementation in Russia the state pricing policy to block new threats to economic security. The author justufies, that to stimulate the innovation way for development of economy, a balanced, integrated approach, based on measures of the operational state price regulation and the creation of the concept of strategic Government pricing policies should be taken.
