Public and municipal service: two ideologies of social behaviour

In the period of perestroika and the so-called reforms of the 90s. last century spread the myth of deideologization of social relations. In fact, ideology is a system of ideas that reflect a certain integrity of existing ideas about an object1. It is difficult to live in a society and not to think about what this society is.
