State innovative policy in the agricultural and industrial complex

The issues of the development of agrarian and industrial complex are rather acute, paramount, determining the course of many socioeconomic processes for national economy of any country. In all highly developed countries, innovative activities of economic entities is considered as one of the main conditions for modernization of the national economy, and the decisive role in solving many of the systemic problems in the development of agrarian and industrial complex is given to innovative policy of the state as the mostly concerned subject. The article deals with the basic problems of agricultural enterprises development, analyzes the main indicators of innovative activities, including in agrarian and industrial complex. The particular emphasis is paid to the importance of data collection and formation of information resources on scientific and technological achievements, innovative projects. The measures are proposed for improvement the innovative activity of enterprises in the sectors of agrarian and industrial complex.
